How do I unsubscribe from Email newsletters?
At the top and bottom of each email there is a link that says "click here to unsubscribe" this will instantly unsubscribe you.

I haven't received my 20% off Voucher or other Advertising Emails
To ensure the delivery of your newsletters to your inbox and to enable images to load in future mailings, please add newsletter@e.numberoneshoes.co.nz to your email address book or safe senders list. Unwanted advertising email, commonly known as 'spam', has become a big problem. It has reached such proportions that most email services and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have put some sort of blocking or filtering system in place. Despite our best efforts we cannot always guarantee that you will receive our emails due to the changing nature of email delivery systems.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
Go the VIP Club page and simply click the "Forgot your password?" option on the left side of the page, enter the email address you used to sign up to the Number One Shoes VIP Club and we will send an email with your password included to your registered email address.

How do I find and/or change my account or preference details?
This can be done from the VIP Club page by logging into the My Profile area on the left side of the page. Make your changes and click update preferences.

I have lost my 20% off Voucher, May I please have another one?
Unfortunately, if your 20% off Voucher is lost, stolen or deleted from your email program we are unable to replace or re-send it. You are responsible for the safe keeping of your voucher at all times.
