How do I create an account?
You can create an account with us by signing up via the Register page or by clicking LOG IN on our homepage (in the top right hand corner) and filling in the form with your details. Alternatively, you can create an account with us at checkout when placing your order.
Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
You can make a purchase without creating an account with us, however if you do Register you’ll be able to view your transaction history, see order updates, save your address details for next time, and create a wishlist of must-have items.
What do I do if I forget my password?
You can reset your password easily via the “Forgotten password” button on the Login screen (found at the top right corner of the homepage).
How can I change my name, email address or password?
You can change any of your account details by signing in via the Login page found at the top right hand corner of our homepage.
Are my credit or debit card details saved?
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) to process online transactions. DPS is also certified AIS and PCI Level 1 compliant. Number One Shoes Limited does not store your card details.
How do I close my account?
When you register with Number One Shoes Limited you become a registered customer. If you no longer wish to be a Number One Shoes Limited registered customer please contact us on email@example.com or 0800 661 7463. Our contact hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
